Registration Info & Forms

Our Registration Process is ONLINE!

Registration Opens
Parents can now create an account, register their kids for one or more sessions, and make payments totally online. This allows parents to manage their children's registrations and make changes as needed without assistance from the camp staff. Payment plans can also be established by calling the camp office.

Parents, please make sure you and your child read and understand all of the Camp's policies, rules, dress code, etc.. All of the rules will be reviewed with campers on the first day of camp and WILL BE ENFORCED. Any child that does not conform to CFBC rules and policies is subject to disciplinary action, including being sent home early.

Payment Policy

Registration for CFBC summer camp sessions is secured by paying either the Registration Fee in full or a non-refundable Deposit for each session. Deposits are credited toward the total Registration Fee, the balance of which is due no later than your arrival date. Credit card payments processed by our staff will incur a $3.00 convenience fee. Credit card payments process through our online registration system do not incur a fee.

A payment plan can be established by calling the camp office.

Medical History & Release of Liability

A Medical History & Release of Liability form must be completed prior to the first day of the camp session. Parents, it is suggested that you download this form and complete it just prior to bringing you child to camp so that the information will be as current as possible. Any Camper or Staff member who plans to participate in Paintball (if it is offered as an activity during their session) must download and read the two documents shown below. In addition, a nominal fee of $20 (non-refundable) will be charged to cover the cost of paint and CO2 gas.

Paintball Safety Rules apply to all Paintball activities on the CFBC campus. THEY WILL BE ENFORCED. Participants (and parents) should read these prior to participation. In addition, safety briefings will be held prior to each Paintball activity.
