New Volunteer Staff Online Application Procedure

Effective this year, we are changing the way we register volunteer staff, primarily for two reasons:

  1. To hopefully make it simpler and easier;back at  how to register 
  2. Because the Board of Directors has decided to implement a $5/day charge for staff to help cover the costs we incur due to background checks, shirts, etc.


The new online process is as follows:

  1. Follow the link to register for an event in the same way Campers do.
  2. Sign-in to your existing account or create a new account if you do not already have one.
    • If you do have an account but don't remember the login credentials, please contact the office for assistance.
    • Please DO NOT create an additional account.
  3. The system will display all of the events you are eligible to attend (based upon your Gender & Age or Grade in school).
    • Among those will be options to register as Staff.
    • Select all sessions you wish to attend.
  4. You will be asked to enter or review information regarding:
    • ​​Emergency Contacts, References, T-shirt size, Congregation, etc.
    • Disclosure Regarding Background Information.
  5. ​​​Once this information is complete, you can select a link from your account Dashboard to make a payment.


Please note that this online staff registration process does NOT ensure you a place in the session(s) you select.  It merely places you on a Waitlist. Here is what happens next...

  1. The Camp Office will initiate a Background Check on you.
    • If relevant issues are flagged, you will be contacted for an explanation.
    • If no issues are found, the Session Coordinators will review your application and contact you regarding your request to serve.
  2. If the Coordinators want you to serve, they will notify the Camp & you will be taken off the Waitlist.  Otherwise, you will be removed from consideration.
  3. If you do not hear from the Coordinators in a timely manner, you may want to take the initiative and contact them first. 


Once you have been approved, there are only two things remaining for you to do...

  1. Pay any remaining balance of your Staff fee, and
  2. Complete & return the Medical History form. You may email it (PDF please) or bring it with you to Camp, if you prefer.


For those of you who have underage children but feel you must bring them with you, please:

  1. Be sure you have discussed this in detail with your Session Coordinators.
    • Some Coordinators permit this, others do not.
    • It is preferable for ALL sessions that you make other arrangements for your underage children.
  2. If they are coming, you MUST register them just as you would a regular camper.
    • Select the option for PRE-CAMPERS in the online registration process.
    • Complete a Medical History form for them.
